I am going to look at a v6 VT wagon with a 5 speed manual in it to use as a donor car and I want to know will everything switch over from the wagon to the ute without to much hassle?

Obviously the drive shaft probably won't match up but everything else should be fine right? As I said before, I know this have been covered ALOT, but I keep reading threads and thinking I got it sorted and then I read something and it makes me second guess myself.
